About this property

Centrally located 2000 sq ft 2-story house in a quiet safe residential area in SW Las Vegas. Hosts up to 12 guests.

The space
You will be staying in a spacious 2000 sq ft home that is warm and welcoming. On the ground floor there is a large open living space and kitchen.
The chef in the group will love the fully stocked kitchen, (pots, pans, food processor, blender, slow cooker, Instant Pot and more)

There is also an office/bedroom with a full size desk, printer (by request), dry erase board, and station for plugging in computer and other tech. (perfect for zoom meetings and the person who needs to do some work on the road) and 2 couches/futons. The upstairs has 3 bedrooms and a loft area. The main bedroom has a king bed and an en suite. The 2nd bedroom has a king bed. The 3rd bedroom has 2 twin beds. The loft has a daybed.

Guest access
Guests will have access to the entire home and backyard. The garage is not accessible for guests at this time.

Other things to note
Dedicated workspace. Smart TV’s in all bedrooms, living room and loft. Extra cleaning upon request (extra cleaning will be an added charge).
